An 80-seat restaurant is slated for the 2nd Street side (
link), which is going to have to draw evening business to be viable, unless they're going to avoid dinner service entirely.
Although it'll keep a separate schedule, when coupled with the other public meeting areas included in the space, and the effort that's been invested to make it an appealing gathering place for more than just the homeless, I cannot imagine anyone seriously thinking of it closing at 6.
