There's no parking in Midtown.
I suspect City leaders would prefer Downtown Convention Tourist area not too far from Centennial Park.
Maybe Coca-Cola owns some land nearby once planned for expansion they'd be willing to sell. Surely several sites were propsoed when building rendering presented.
So, who has connections to ask City & Convention leaders? Check all the sites proposed to Amazon for HQ2 would be a logical first step
Spring Street Varsity has the land and parking, but that would be beyond belief - though 5 acres of land might fetch north of.... $90,000,000 ???
