What percentage of Quebec is visible minorities now compared to 1995? And how much more visible minorities will reside in Quebec by the time this next referendum takes place?

A mere plurality of allophones voting for Quebec independence is a mere fantasy. The demographics simply don’t support the winning conditions needed for Quebec to separate from Canada.
First of all its plural nieces, there isn't just one of them. Though as I've mentioned to Acajack, the one spawned from an interracial marriage is a hardcore separatist in waiting. Which is of course ironic because the pure laine francophone father is a federalist.

Second they fit perfectly into your profile of visible minorities growing up in Rive Sud post-1995 (are you even familiar with Montérégie?), so they're not freaks of nature or one-off "outliers" that doesn't jive with your delusions of Quebec.

Sorry, but you’re the delusional one if you think a bunch of visible minorities and recent immigrants are going to vote for Independence from Canada in huge numbers. It’s just not realistic.

Moncton. Slightly less segregated than Ottawa, but still pretty separate. "Chacun chez soi".

Do Moncton next, please! You’ve heard of NB? Canada’s only bilingual province.

Edit: et voila, there it is! Merci!

That's not "Ottawa", it's Ottawa, ON and Gatineau QC.

That's normal, for Ottawa. The same map for, say, the Basque country, would have French color dots in the north part, and Spanish color dots in the south part.

Moncton is way more interesting.

The Basque Country is not a city.

Southernmost Francophone settlements in Ontario. Embrun is a city in France by the way (in one of the most picturesque parts of the country).

Note that the central and eastern parts of the island are much more densely populated than the west island where you see lots of red.
