The mirror effect is a nice touch but I worry these have too similar of a mass to the nearby Dominion towers. I guess it's the same developer so not surprising. I love Dominion but worry these will lessen its impact.

Additionally, the City plans to rezone surrounding land to expand park space along the riverbank and within the neighborhood, subject to Council approval. This development is one of five sites selected for sale or lease to build affordable housing on City-owned properties through the Housing Accelerator Fund’s Land Enhancement Office.

Am I the only one wondering why a building for disabled tenants is called the "stained suites"???

The development is located on Avenue Taché, The avenue is named after Alexandre-Antonin Taché, the first Archbishop of St. Boniface.

I love them, but I agree they pretty similar to dominion. I'd actually be okay of they were right beside Dominion and it was sold a a quad tower idea.

I was going to say it looks like a 2010 design also lol.


And I hate when they put A/C units on balconies. I've only seen this on one new build in Toronto, and it was one of the shoddiest construction jobs I witnessed go up. Are they on the balcony in this proposal because each unit comes with an A/C hookup if you want to install it yourself, or pay for the upgrade? A/C should be a standard just like heating.

Those two towers proposed for Montreal are obsolete design and will never get build. Thank God!
