I really don't know what takes so long. I was at Wholefoods earlier this week and rebar is not even seen from the street level. I look at my September photo and it was only 2 to 3 P levels to the ground level....

Did they install underground pipes for the thermal energy system under here? Didn't see anything in the progress photos but not sure if that happens after they start the parkade.

Much respect, without the foodie fanfare and lineups.

I didn't understand why there were huge lineups for Kokoro Mazesoba when it opened at Madison Centre... it existed already for 3-4 years with other locations in the Lower Mainland by the time it opened up there.
