I've tried to dig up more info on that project at 941 Julia. One would think given the abundance of condo projects being built or on the boards that they would have more of a marketing effort out there since they're well underway, but info seems hard to come by.

Looking for an architect w/ experience in historic renovation. Final fire marshal inspections on a small commercial project on the northshore didn't go well and we need to hire someone ASAP.

trapolin peer or metro studio seem to be good at this... also lk harmon architects is another option and shes affordable for a small project.
