If Southern states like Mississippi, Alabama, N Carolina , have casino gambling, what is Ga waiting for? A lot of people that live here go to Nc, Ala, Ms to spend $ on gambling, staying in hotels/Motels,etc. when MGM was wanting to build a beautiful tall hotel casino tower in the past, it fell through. So sad. MGM ,It doesn’t get any better than that. I’m dying to see a huge casino resort tower with neon lights all over it blinking & billboards flashing many colors and the whole area Vegas style. Shreveport has a beautiful Sexy gold casino tower over looking I 20. Real nice addition to the Atlanta skyline or along the north perimeter if we get one. I’m just saying.
I could care less about gambling. It does nothing for me personally. But why shouldn't it be allowed? Let people stay in Georgia and spend their money here rather than giving it to other states. Hopefully the bible thumpers change their tune and the bill passes.

Yes that’s what I’m saying, rather people gamble or not, for those that do gamble let’s pass a gambling bill and All the gamblers in Ga stay here and spend the money in our state. Not go to other states to spend money in casinos when we have our own. And for those non gamblers I’m sure if we ever did build a huge casino tower with all the glitz & glam, lights flashing, etc etc, y’all know it be a nice looking Sexy eye candy in the skyline lol. Just to drive by it and admire its height and swagger appearance. lol. If it is built and constructed right. Could be the best in the South and then we get all the extra $ from other states that comes here to our casinos to gamble because ours is better than Mississippi and Nc put together. Like LA going up to Vegas every Friday to gamble. Spending that money on hotels, and restaurants, gambling. California has casinos to But most like Vegas best. So up the i 15 they go every weekend. Spending $ in Nv

1105’s height looks to be about the same as sky house at the moment.

Looks like they're preparing to place some massive steel beams for the Midtown Union office tower. So excited for this project. I wish we had some renderings looking sound towards the connector.

The Big brothers Big sisters lot at 1382 Peachtree st and 17th will be nice once that gets started. Grey star Realistate plans to develop that 34 story tower with 12 story parking garage. Also last year there was talk about a residential tower possibly being built on ponce de Leon & courtland st ? At the jr cricket lot I think . Have not heard anything else on that property proposal. It’s been awhile since I saw that rendering so Mabe I’m off track a little with my recollection of the exact location lol. I’m old

I wish they'd find a parking lot and let us keep our wings.

I think today I’ll Cruz up to Buckhead and see what I see that may be under construction. Have not heard of any projects breaking ground or in the pipe line up that way since before the c 19 Crap. I remember some proposals but can’t remember them all.

This is an awesome rendering. Wish we had a version that included the current skyline (to include the SCAD housing tower, Ascent Midtown, Spectrum on Spring, Northside Midtown, and the other progress that has been made since). But, this is still a great shot. Thanks for sharing!

Crane is up at Grady along Piedmont. I don’t believe we have ever seen what this new facility will look like. The crane appears around 20 stories tall and is very visible coming north on the connector.

This looks to be the latest iteration I've seen on Grady's Center for Advanced Surgical Services.
