There is another surprisingly cheap one near me on Livingstone. It’s cheaply done but finished. Nothing wrong with it other than it’s on a block where used needles are left everywhere. Boncloddy just below is one of my fave street names in the city, up with Merrymeeting, The Dardanelles, The Boulevard, and Hill o’Chips.
Seems to be a little over $200K average in this area, which is definitely higher than it was even when I moved in October. This $59K one was burned. Apparently everything that was inside is still melted to the walls and floors and it has to be torn down and removed at the buyer’s expense.
That Freshwater one looks like it’s out in the woods to me. It is amazing how much my sense of urbanity is tied to houses being attached and on the sidewalk.
EDIT: Checked out that Livingstone one on my walk home. If I was still looking, I’d take it. I still like mine more tho haha.
