SOKO Lofts won approval too... but the developer is selling the land, the plans and everything to another developer so could be some time before that gets off the ground. I would LOVE to see all those superblocks in Callowhill developed with some projects similar to these but in the 10-14 floor range. This would be HUGE in connecting Old City and the burgeoning Northern Liberties/Fishtown/Olde Kensington

D3 Real Estate Development has acquired a vacant warehouse on North Front Street in Philadelphia and has plans to convert it into a mixed-use development.
D3 bought the 21,000-square-foot building at 1601-23 N. Front St. for $600,000 and plans to renovate the space into a destination that will have retail space, a micro-brewery, restaurant, office space, fitness center or gallery. It will also have space for live entertainment.
