This may be one of the most unflattering images I've taken of Hamilton's skyline. This is from the Clairemont Access, and leaves out 80% of the skyline. I took this yesterday:

Still curious. Is a shack interchangeable with a dump or worst than a dump?

Comparables would easily be over 1000k in any other big city in Canada.

You are all correct, I was just shocked to see how un-luxurious that house was, given the price point, in a city that's supposed to be affordable (which it's obviously not, anymore).

Edmonton is the most affordable housing market among big Canadian cities.

Nice shots of Edmonton Gaillo. We do not get enough drone captures.

From the construction thread, looking south to Bloor-Yorkville ... and even a glimpse of Canada House u/c (in the middle) closer to the lake.

No city in Canada does layers better than Montreal: The River, The Old, The New, The Mountain (the latter barely visible here).

The CBC tower and the Molson brewery, both huge landmarks are empty as their owners have moved to newer facilities.

As Molson and CBC have vacated their huge premises, the skyline is now starting the creep eastwards towards the bridge.

The Edmonton skyline is taking a bit of a backseat here, but you get the idea.

Possibly the Jays' new city connect jerseys. Wondering why they wouldn't put the city name lower so the Dome stands out more. And I wonder if it would look better if the buildings weren't generic rectangles but rather outlines of actual buildings in the skyline with some of the more iconic ones thrown in there. The Argos' last Grey Cup ring had like five or six iconic buildings on it.
