I think the parking deck looks great !!! I only wish more buildings incorporate parking decks like them

And if the rendering is right... the tower portion would be fronting 8th street?

Cause that looks like the AGL building on the back/left there.

Doesnt look changed to me. I think it's just a different angle from the previous concepts.

Not surprised at all...I was walking by the building yesterday and I have to say...the students in that building are going to living like kings and queens....iron balconies, great views, great location. Whoever did their research on the Market for student apartments should get a raise. Even at GSU, there's still a demand for more student housing. I know GSU will be building more student housing diagonally from where the Commons are at some point soon.

Heard they duped another General Conractor (Winter Construction) into lowering their price to get it into budget for now. I would remain skeptical for now. Nice project if it goes. Gonna be some pissed off people down 13th Street for the next year.

itl be interesting to see what happens with the other two tower proposals near Piedmont. we may have 11nth,12th, and 13th shut down by construction soon

I wouldn't. The groundbreaking is scheduled for February 18. If that's just a ceremony the full on project might happen a little later but it looks like a sure thing at this point.
