I honestly think this idea that D2 and D3 are about to break ground is completely wrong. I know it's based on the Construction Journal's comments about the bids going out and such but I checked the PD and Sterling Bay does not have site plan approval for D2 and D3, only for D1 and C1 along Throop. The two permits for 1665 and 1687 N Throop are for D1 and C1 which can be verified by cross referencing the permit descriptions with the announced plans for D1 and C1.
