How about $1.30 a liter for gas in Vancouver last week. That works out to about $4.50 US a gallon! Wowsers.

Duncan the cat checks out the new "Vicino" condo development in Victoria's James Bay neighbourhood and wonders if the big brick pillars will be bad luck for the ground floor retailers.
