About the add. It was good that it says homes and not condos or units. The Condo market is dead and people are tired of hearing about it. He should lose the "last chance" talk. It's been way over used in the last year and it is turning people off. If He's going to use that kind of marketing he should say something like "only 10 Homes with sunset views left in final preconstruction phase." I'd also refer to the homes as "pieces of the skyline" instead of homes or real estate.
Also, people associate "high $300,000's" to "$399,000" as they have been watching sign spinners flash those type of numbers for a few years now. They should use $368,000, which is what they start at.
"Last chance to buy at preconstruction prices in the High $300,000's", sounds like every other condo advertisement out there.
Those type of adds are starting to make people gag.
