Yeah, almost.

Still 4 taller buildings in the neighborhood though, including 2 Bloor West (CIBC Building), Uptown Condo (160 meters), Manulife Centre (166 meters), and Four Seasons (205 meters)

I wonder how long until Hudsons Bay replaces its logo.. The old Bay logo is really rather ugly.

So we are gonna have more than 10 buildings, over 200 meters u/c soon. The funny thing is that while there are always 7 or 8 towers minimum u/c over 200 meters at any one time in this country at least over the past 8 years or so, the completions per year usually only number 1, 2 or 3.

I think this year we only have 2 completions over 200 meters.

Will be so nice when we get to 5-10 200 meter tower completions per year. For that to happen there will have to be 15 to 20 200 meter towers under construction at any one time.

2016 - nothing? Yikes....

Montreal had the head start in this game with 3 towers. Based on my understanding they have only added one more to that list since the 1960's.

2011/2012 - Ritz-Toronto, Shangrila-Toronto, Trump Toronto, The Bow, EAP 1. I don't remember the order of completion and I am forgetting one tower.

Messed up a little. Wasn't looking at the heights. The database included antennas. Montreal's only two came in 1992.

I always thought PVM was over 200 meters. Guess I was wrong on that count then.

On the bright side I am look forward to having 12, 13 or even 14 towers +200 meters u/c at the same time across the country.

4 More years and Edmonton gets its first tower over 200 meters, and Canada has 4 cities with towers over 200 meters! ( with an honourable mention to Vancouver right at the level) could be 5. Crazy height and density is coming, we will not recognize our home cities 5 years from now.

2018 - Toronto will breach 20 towers over 200 meters! (21 to be exact)

Cool Fact - 2014-2018 Toronto will have built /completed an equal number of 200 meter towers to the preceeding 42 years inclusive from 1972 to 2013. (10 towers)
