^Ya the rectangular one next to the Loden/Melville.

A few pics I took earlier today (sorry there's not much angle variation):

Great shots Raggedy13, superb light.

I saw that you hadn't posted your shots in the 'Canada's 10 tallest u/c' thread in the Canada section so I posted your shots with quotes and credit. Hope you don't mind.

I was made to look foolish over the 62 ?

Look at the photo above and find the 53 square on the side and count upwards. What's 53 + 9 ?

The floor count debacle already has been discussed numerous times that it doesn't warrant another explanation (you wouldn't count the roof as a floor, would you?).

Probbaly the best shot of the angled side I've seen so far. It usually looks more broken up.

I'd say that there is about 61 1/2 floors since the one side of the roof has covering and the other does not.

Ive got a question. How come they stopped installing cladding on the elevator shaft? It's only covering 1/4 of the shaft then they stopped.

Thanks everybody, and nice shot delirium. Not much longer to wait for the exterior to be done. And then hopefully we'll get to see those exterior panels light up sometime soon after.

hasn't it reached the top yet? I thought it has two months ago, but from these recent photos, obviously not.

It's no longer getting taller, but the glass still needs to be put on.

I just picked up the new Vancouver magazine. They have an interview with the crane operator on the Shangri-La. Not sure if anybody has posted this article already. Some interesting things in there, including the story he descibes...an elderly businessman invites his secretary into his office every day at 4pm for a little, erm, dictation. The crane operator watches this with his binoculars...just make sure you're not standing underneath the Shangri-La crane at 4pm any weekday when the guy is busy being a voyeur.

Uh oh, another case for sexual harassment against an unwilling recipient. Perhaps the Shangri-la crane operator should whistleblow - yeah right.

^ It sounds like there is already some whistleblowing going on.
