Great pics Harry! I love how slender OGP looks from Grant Park, but then is much girthier when viewed from Indiana. Similar deal as OMP, although OGP pulls it off much better. OMP is too unbalanced with the setbacks too disproportional to its height.

Jumped the crane today. It's now just a tad taller than 'the grant'.

I hate that new name. It's still One Museum Park West to me, lol.

Looks like about two floors added between BVic's pics on 4/22 and Solar's pics on 4/30. OGP is shooting skyward like a weed!

Apparently this one is now called NEMA

I don't get it.

EDIT: Oops. I missed this earlier post!

That's weird. Is it supposed to be some kind of acronym? Or the developer's kid's name or something?

One Grant Park was a very suitable name, and with some cachet too. In what way is the name NEMA going to better market and sell units? I'm confused.

I think NEMA is Crescent Height's signature apartment line, with the original/first NEMA being in San Francisco.

Ohhh. So it's NEMA Chicago.

Would this be the first NEMA project outside CA?

There's one in the works for Boston, but I don't know if it's under construction yet.

Well, that at least explains the reasoning behind the name change. Otherwise, I'm with Kumdogmillionaire on this.

It doesn't make any sense outside of San Francisco as NEMA is short from New Market (a neighbourhood), and in SF it's on Market Street.
