Lost track a bit of all the north St. B developments. I'll try to list the major ones here. A lot of units being constructed (350 ish) within a couple blocks of each other. Especially the Provencher/St. Joseph area.
As some (Biff) hgave noted, the developer has changed on a couple of these. But everything is going ahead.

Looking at the City Council agenda for Jan. 25, it looks like the lot consolidation (Plan of Subdivision) has already been approved and City Council will be voting on rezoning the land to RMF-L.
Honestly looks pretty promising, but I don't want to jinx it lol. That building has some real size and the design is pretty nice.

I think it's still this.

It would be located only 1.5 blocks away from the Provencher Bridge and would help make Provencher Blvd a more desirable place to live/visit. The site is currently a large gravel parking lot.
All comments must be submitted by 12:00 pm on July 10th. When you register as a delegate, select "Other" for the committee you want to address and type in "Appeal Committee." The relevant agenda item is:
You don't have to write anything fancy. Just say that you support the project and would like the Appeals Committee to approve it. This project would make a great addition to the main commercial stretch of Provencher Blvd!
that is quite the turnaround and density for 267 Traverse. the area seems to be supercharged for groups eager to develop as soon as spots become available.
There's also this proposal for 175 Rue Aubert (corner of Rue Aubert and Rue St Joseph) from Feb. 2022:
Not sure if this one is proceeding or not. The rezoning application says the building would be a 4-story, multi-family residential building with 32 units.
Hopefully something comes of the Parmalat site and it doesn't sit for decades. Would the City have some type of caveat or other requirement for this? Didn't they coordinate the Parmalat move out to the St. b industrial park?
Also, anyone know where the parking lots next to the old St. B fire hall left off? IIRC they were going to be part of the whole City Hall redevelopment, which has since been cancelled.
Sorry this quote wasn't right. Vue Tache is the one opening soon on Tache. Not sure if the planned condos on Aubert have a name yet. That is what this was referring to.

Vue Tache is NOT opening soon, it started filling up last summer, only 2 units remain for sale and they are two of the most expensive opens $650-$670. I've been in it as I have friends living there.

Yep, was looking at the website earlier today and all the 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom condos have already sold. Only 2 condos left in the whole building, a 3-bedroom on the main floor and another 3-bedroom on the second floor. Floors 3-7 are completely sold out.
Am I mixed up? Vue Tache is the one on Tache at Grandin? The one under construction or done construction? Admittedly I haven't been down that way recently to see what's up.

Is it already done?
Yes, Vue Tache is the one at the corner of Tache and Grandin. It is already finished. It opened up last summer I believe.
I believe the project at 158-160 Dumoulin may be dead.
The previous developer owned both properties at 165 Provencher and 158-160 Dumoulin and had the plans shown above. I was told the new owners of the properties are planning to develop the Provencher property but I believe is looking to sell the Dumoulin site.

Another cannabis shop is opening up in one of the CRUs at 316 Des Meurons (the new apt block next to InFerno's Bistro). Disappointing yet not surprising. There now must be half a dozen within walking distance from where I live.
