I love me some growth following transit lines, particularly when that line leads directly to investments of mine! This is what all transit corridors in Chicago should look like. There is plenty of room for TOD even along the Pink Line, there's even lots zoned -3 as of right. Same goes for the Green Line, that entire route should be nothing but 3-10 story buildings.

Someone was complaining a while ago that they were going to leave the party wall exposed, but that's kinda the point. This building would disappear into the streetscape if it's defining feature and main facade, a 15 story facebrick party wall, were obscured. It's excellent that they respected that design enough to leave the monolith exposed. It's really quite nice 70's facebrick too so it's handsome in much the same way as a lot of MCM to brutalist monumentalism is.
