Back to the dog park thing real quick, I don't understand why you all are in favor of converting park space into dog park space. That just seems silly. I mean, we have all of these dirt lots that aren't being used but you think that cutting into public park space is the best option? And John, as far as all of those apartments between McDowell & Indian School, they can use the dog park at Steel Indian Park or the one at Washington Park. The issue is that there isn't one further south.
We have an urban dog park here in Belltown. It's only 0.3 acres but it is great for the community and is always being used.
