Yes...especially that "about 30 minutes" should be loosely interpreted (could become 30 hours, with some bad luck...).

and by the time I get online again today it's working ;p I've encountered it being down for maybe 5 hours in the last month.

^Yeah some crazy language update so non-English speakers can join up, join the local language forums and slow the servers even further down.. whoohoo!
