According to Skyscraperpage Diagram page, the 1st Mayfair tower was built in 1990 and the 2nd in 2002.

That hole (the Gulch) can't get filled fast enough. It absolutely just kills the urban fabric and pedestrian experience.

Yeah, regardless of my many misgivings about the apparent direction of the project. It will be a humongous improvement for the area and city as a whole no matter what they do. And the knock-on effects it is and will continue to have will possibly be its most lasting legacy, helping to revive downtown and pull the center of gravity back to where the city began.

Crazy oddity, Apple Photos identifies this as Zhengzhou, China. Even though it has geo location data and I even too 3 pics and the same for all 3.
