ah yes...never listening...as always.

I 100% support higher density zoning in OV and across the city.

I 100% reject that towers are not getting built in Winnipeg because of zoning.

Again....why are towers not being built where they are allowed?....still waiting for the answer....still expecting you not to answer.

Except for kenaston (which is a billion dollar except), I agree with almost everything he is doing....very nice surprise.

I ran into him a few weeks ago and told him that I feel the same as what you said above.

Good luck! But of a niche question but do you guys intend on having any secure bike parking on site?

A conversation I have meant to have with the WECC which has a bike rack that needs some securing. Their bike rack is right beside us with our window looking out to it, so there is that at the moment.

Thanks for the answer. That's something the city seriously needs to address imo, actual bicycle securing facilities. Those Dutch parkades are awesome haha. Best of luck to you, I've always dreamed of opening a pub so if you post often I'll live vicariously through you haha.

Not to pile on, but the oilers sure are the trash signing capital of the league.

Kane. Perry. Stan Bowman now. Edmonton Police are like Winnipeg Police. Don't ever questions them. Thery will ban you from attending any of the pressers or events. So it's not surprising there all linked together in this way.

Maybe a mod could move this to western expresso.

We walk our dog by this one every night and it's going to be huge for the block. We just really want something in that eye-sore of a parking lot across from it.

Love this new proposal in Milwaukee...Vike can you or someone locally design and build this here in the Peg. I love it.

Beautiful!

I've got a great spot for it, too - right on the east bank of the Red in St. B so it can cast some nice, looong shadows over the NIMBY's!

It's going along nicely. I bike past all the time on my bike rides on the BRT line. Nice to see some actual highrise TOD going in.

I see they are installing traffic lights at Brady and mcgillivary. Just what the area needs. More traffic lights.

Where SkyCity was supposed to be built, or adjacent to 201 Portage.
