It looks post-apocalyptic. Human life is hiding like in the matrix and the planet was taken over by the machines. You can see giant super computer towers covered in cooling fins in the background.

But seriously though, makes for a cool picture but those buildings have way too much balcony and way too little colour.

These kinds of developments can have the look of being shiny and futuristic and utopian on a bright summer's day, but are just completely bleak and lifeless and oppressive when it's grey and dreary.

Bit of a problem when you're in a climate that's grey and dreary for half the year.
