Just an FYI, the Hancock, Mies towers, Sears, etc have all been clad in anodized aluminum for 50-60 years and none of them have any signs of corrosion. Modern materials are engineered better than that so I highly doubt anything from this boom will "corrode in 5-10 years" no matter how ugly, boring, or unsexy it is
