That was a pretty solid impression

Yeah, including mechanical the building has 73 floors, so pretty much. She's a big gal

^ Supposedly the glass is delayed by the manufacturer. Not sure exactly when they will start seeing it being delivered. I think someone in this thread mentioned later on in April potentially?

^ Yes, the glass is supposed to be coming in April and the glass contractor is going to start 2 crews (one on a lower floor and one part way up).

And it sounds like the Vista team has still not been able to pass the performance mockup which is why there are only slab edge covers installed and no glass panels.

How far is the manufacturer from chicago.? With the size of wanda and this I would think it would be economically more convenient to use an in-city company. Either way cant wait for this one to start getting wrapped with glass.

Oldcastle in Wausau, Wisconsin is fabricating OGP. Efco is fabricating Vista. I'm not sure where the Efco fabrication plant is.

Not a podium. Was constructed separate from the residential portion which fronts it on two sides with units going to street level. The fourth side will meet the east side of the adjoining building when it is built whatever the design.

3 floors added between 3/7 to 3/23, that works out to around a floor every 5 days. Impressive!

At this rate, top out should be sometime near the end of this year.

Assuming we need about 25 more floors to get to the roof height of OMPW, my guess would be probably closer to mid August.

And remember, with each setback, the pace will pick up because of smaller floorplates.

not exactly - the main constraint is the time it takes for the concrete to cure. A bit faster, but not much.

I think it's extremely rare to have less than a five-day-per-floor cycle.
