I took a similar GA Pacific photo last night after leaving Alma Cocina. This is one of my favorite buildings to photograph although I've had security come rushing out to say the building is 'copyrighted' and I can't take photos of it. This just adds to the fun/challenge of trying to get a great shot.

No idea how you see regression here.

I believe the obvious awkward 800 foot towers sitting there surrounded by nothing shows how speculative towers like the IBM building really were back then. I believe the planning and building of the MARTA rail, plus the 80’s office boom can take credit for giving Atlanta the core office towers we have today. I believe the city would be dramatically different if MARTa was not built

They're making a joke about Dewberry's campanile. It's the first thing I noticed too.
