This is one of the renderings I like the most besides the TT and WT. I love how the top of the building glows at night!
IMO this building has "Chicago" written all over it! Tall, modern, strong, masculine...

Does anyone know the time table for this? It would be wicked if it was under construction while the other two river giants were on the way up... Either way when all three are up it will be sweet. Only one more lot to go (wolf point) and the canyon is complete.
I'm sure it will be UC while Trump and Waterview are still UC. The original article actually said something like groundbreaking in Spring of '06, didn't it? I wouldn't be too surprised if it did.
There's a pretty sizeable building requiring demolition for this project in addition to that hideous parking garage, right?
I'd be surprised if this thing is officially U/C before this fall, at the earliest. But it does appear to have a very good chance of being built, with a reputable lead tenant already signed on.
^ yeah, that's what i was thinking. this one is much more closely related to 181 w. madison than it is to the daley center. in fact, other than some general boxiness, i don't see a whole lot of similiarities between this 300 n lasalle proposal and the daley center (which is the greatest building in the world, btw).
