You definitely need to get down to Rainey on a Sunday morning or something, when it's quiet, just for some perspective. It'll make all of this both more real and more jaw dropping at the same time.
I think our boom still has a lot of running room, and we're going to run out of adequately zoned parcels a lot faster than we are desire to build. We've been the beneficiary of SO MANY post-pandemic trends that are just now starting to bloom . . . we've got years left to go, IMO.
That said, there will come a point where our skyline looks like a dated relic. So much is coming so fast, and we're so squarely placed in the middle of the early 2000's tech design ethic that there's just no way we don't age poorly, at least for a period of time. But it'll come around again, just as these things do.
