Atlanta is getting it's own Leaning Tower of Pisa. What the hell is going on with this pic?

Finally took the opportunity to stop and count Here Atlanta. It's currently on the 25th floor. So still some more height to go. It should at least stick out above CODA but will likely be blocked by NS's main tower looking north.

Norfolk Southern Towers

The Norfolk Southern project is beginning to loom over the Connector going south bound. I suspect (and hope) that the main tower will be as tall as the white Georgia State building at the corner of W. Peachtree and North Avenue. If so, it'll definitely densify the aerial view.

Assuming that the diagram height information I've seen is correct, One Georgia Center will still be ~20ft taller than the NS south tower (371 vs 347). It will probably appear slightly taller than that due to the elevation difference though the difference isn't that significant.

This development and the immediate area looks amazing. I just hope the corporate and student housing mix doesn't leave the area feeling desolate after five, on the weekends and especially during the college recess.

What is going on with the MARTA retail mall? I looks as if they have gutted out the inside. What is the ETA on all of the new retail/restaurants?

It's a part of the renovation of the former AT&T building, now known as Tower Square and includes 90,000 sf of renovated retail.
