Wasn't expecting a small fire to be the latest news on the project but this appears to have happened on the 16th floor (article has floor number wrong I think). This is topped out too from the looks of it.

This tower is going to really turn things around for this part of downtown. The Francie Yakes Museum of Art building right behind it just vacated so the entire block is ripe for redevelopment. Also new tenant space is being built on the Creekside corner of the building. Ten years ago this was a truly unsafe and dirty place to be...I still find it shocking to see all this development happened so fast with Texas Public Radio and UTSA. Anybody remember the Dollar General that used to be there?

You can see three of the four downtown construction projects in that photo. Thanks, Raul.

I mean, are you sure you aren't climbing on top of the highway? The weather is nice but...well. XD

I'm in town this week and I saw this building for myself... it looks nothing like the renderings. I was surprised to see a red brick building; looks great by the way but nothing like what was presented to the media.
On a different note, I have to say I'm disappointed on how dead this forum is... there are tons of new stories on upcoming and current projects but almost none of them are posted and no locals seem interested in posting photos anymore. If I lived in SA I would be constantly posting updates.

I'm actually in town a few times a year and have opportunities to get pics, but not totally sure how to post photos. Is there a website that's good to use for photo posting that isn't super difficult to use?
