Vermiland i dont really trust they are a big land banker but it sounds like Chamath Papiddyayaypapa (However you spell it) is involved and its using the new expanded Opportunity Zones that drove a lot of development post 2017 so I am cautiously optimistic

If this was just Vermiland sending out a pie in the sky idea to get some variance approvals on their land for sales purposes I'd call it BS
