Ahhhhhh now I get it. I'm a bit slow on the uptake.

I'd be happier if they'd chosen local actors, however. The Dave Thomas. The Marty Short. The Eugene Levy.

Plenty to choose from.

Here's another project by this same architect with the staggered balcony design....personally I love the look it creates.

I think the images comes from Microsoft clip art, so no copyright.

I'm not much of a patriot but can't we at least pretend we have a different culture? Or perhaps there's no point in even trying anymore - in Southern Ontario at least.

Just noticed the street names on the little floor plan for each level. Looks like this tower would be behind the Pinehurst Mansion, on the site where the main studio building currently sits.

I wonder if the mansion will be incorporated as an entry with some common area amenities or something in it?

She's massive. For some reason the podium reminds me of the old NYC World Trade Center.

Television city condos | ? | ? | proposed -> Television city condos | ? | 40 fl | Proposed

Do you know what the floor count is for the second tower? 20 storey?

Frequently kitchen islands are available as an upgrade.

Re: kitchen islands. Mobile islands can be a blessing in tight spaces. There are tons available from furniture retailers that are often priced lower than builder upgrades.

That tower looks sleek as hell.

Channel Zero is looking for a new property. Apparently Brad Lamb is going to help CHCH find a new spot.

My dream, CHCH takes a large portion of the podium space from the newly built former Kresge building, 45 King St.
