This new one looks a lot taller than the first phase currently under construction, no?

PSV at Parkside Village 48 floors and 42 floors, 148m and 127m.


The Grand Residence at Parkside Village 45 floors, 36 floors and 36 floors, 139m and ~112m.

anyone have any updates on this development? been almost 2 years since anything was posted. Living out west now, if anyone is around the area at some point it'd be great to see what progress has been made!
