So we now have “The Liberty” and “The Luminary” on 14th St basically side by side to each other with each being about 400ft high?

Should add some nice density to this quiet pocket.

Should fill in the gap nicely between downtown and UT.

I guess just remove the one interesting thing on any project in this town and you've got the finished product.

The developer has this listed as residential with the updated renderings. Did it switch back to the original plan now?

New renderings, the arches are back. Did it increase to 35-stories or are they just rounding up? A Q4 groundbreaking didn't occur. The site of their current project, The Belvedere, has turned into a quiet zone. I'm hoping these are minor hiccups.

Yesss! This area is ripe for development. So many parking lots and tear downs to build up. With a station going in at woolridge, let’s keep this up!

The site plan status has been "waiting on legal" since early in 2024. I don't know what the hold up is.

I don't think there's an agreed upon name, but I always thought of it as the Capitol District.

Ha. Proposals at this site match the timeline of the 12th & Red River proposals. I'm pretty sure the Waterloo hotel is dead. The developer removed that project from their website last year.
