The grid takes alot longer than i thought so i will do it in sections

First is the Downtown/Financial District



This area is on a gentle slope
I haven't done the waterfront, i think we should do that after the middles are filled and then we can add extra roads and stuff too.

Whoever does lot 2 and 7 needa put a subway entrance on the north/west edge or through the structure

Can we put anything on the blocks (parks, and plazas, etc.) or can it only be buildings

Mo isnt including the white divisory line on the street txtures taking a lot of trouble? I could picture the roads plain charcoal.

Number 6 is taken by CGII. I want number 2 since it''s close to what could be a big business center and it adds value to the land which means I have more chances of going almost all out since developers would like that site.

Does it have to be one building or can it be more than one?

I think Dac wants number 2. And I'm sure it's gonna be many buildings per block, otherwise it'll be a skyscraper-complex city.

Maybe smaller plots instead of whole blocks could give it a more city-like feeling, IDK
