Going by yesterday, I noticed that steel for the second tower is already several storeys high.

I noticed too! I was washing my car at krystal clear car wash and couldn’t believe the progress. This is how 300 main should have been! Bravo to the pembina crew!

Project seems frozen in time, drove by today and it’s structurally in nearly exactly same state it was in 6 or more weeks ago or so. Anyone know what’s the holdup?

They started working again today. Load of steel offloaded this morning.

seeing the height of those buildings from the South Perimeter is really shocking. They are massive and shocking theres that much demand for apartment living in the South end of the city. Really becoming a dense area

Yeah, it ain't pretty. It's walking in commie block country in terms of design.

That said, it looks impressive at night from the Perimeter as wags said... it's awesome when it's lit up and you can't see what it actually looks like
