Well that one took me a few minutes longer than the Romania one and it was a bit of a stretch how I got there lol.
The aesthetic looks pretty similar to Romania, but the building in the bottom right kind of said mosque to me with the archways. Figured the monument out front was the best discerning feature so I googled "Albania obelisk" as the Muslim Balkan country, but nothing came up. Went to "Bulgaria obelisk" next and this picture of the "Monument of Bulgarian Kings" was halfway down the page. So it looks like its Veliko Tarnovo which I have never heard of. Looks very interesting though. I love old towns built along hillsides.
