Wanted to bring this podcast to your attention, the Demolished Salt Lake Podcast. It's relatively new, with a dozen full episodes and several mini episodes. It's all about the history of Salt Lake City's built environment and how it's being preserved or not preserved, etc.

The most recent mini episode was about the La France Apartments (the ones being torn down for the Greek Orthodox Church development). There's a lot of good history in here, they're not anti-development, but they are respecting some of what's been lost.
Some favorite episodes:
Utah's Carnegie Libraries
Utah's Territorial Insane Asylum
Utah Territorial Penitentiary (the Sugar House Prison) gets a two-parter
Anyway. Figured if anyone out there was the audience for this, it's us.
