University House is starting to get a facade. I think 9 more floors to go.

In this week's Atlanta Business Chronicle, the developer of NortkPark, Hines, had two pages advertising the development. They also have a website http://www.experiencenorthpark.com

Domain at Phipps
Project looks to be breaking ground within the next two weeks. The building permit was posted last week, as well as, several trees have been marked. Not sure about the hotel.

I'm pretty sure they are already laying the ground work for all of this, next to the Heretic, etc... a new rail station is being built, if not for now, then for later.

Amazing! When I first moved here to Atlanta, I lived at that apartment complex, Post Stratford. It was a cool place to live. This was when Buckead Atlanta, was the Party District for Atlanta. At that time, it was only about 5 towers in that area.

highly doubtful.. The Heretic is a gay bar/club off Cheshire bridge for those curious.. there is no way they are building a rail station there for the new marta line. if so it would be huge news and we all would have been talking about that already. im not sure what you are referring to. maybe it is a new apartment complex or something? or more likely has something to do with the Morningside Nature Preserve

didn't they just build some water / sewer treatment something or other on both sides of that bridge over the rail line?

Don't be surprised, Bob. The ties between Atlanta and all of Florida are very deep.

There's a reason Delta runs hourly 757's all day long to Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa & Ft. Lauderdale - not to mention huge numbers of flights to other cities. And these are not all connecting passengers, the O&D numbers to all Florida airports has Atlanta at either #1 or #2, behind only the New York metro when we come in at #2.
