Je viens de voir ça sur Mtlurb. C'est vraiment décevant de constater que les dimensions passent de 34 à 16 étages. Évidemment, l'architecture est tout à fait acceptable (je le prendrais bien à Sherbrooke), voir même au-dessus de la moyenne montréalaise, mais les dimensions sont vraiment affreuses. Dire qu'il s'agit de l'un des rares endroits permettant encore de construire quelques chose de gros (sans démolir quoi que ce soit)...

What a heaping pile of shit, it's back to the minor leagues for Montreal with this ground scraper,screw Tito Puente or whatever those Austrailian assholes are called

Ok. Fun time's over for Montreal. We had a good run, 37 floorer here, 40 floors there, and a prospective 62 floor some where around the corner. Its time to go back to reality. Time to go back to 2008.

Depuis que le musée s'est installé à la Place des arts en 1992, sa collection s'est enrichie de 4000 oeuvres et la fréquentation a atteint 200 000 visiteurs par année.

It looks a little 1986-ish for my liking... Although I think part of the problem is the actual picture. I think it looks a little less ugly if its not overly saturated.

My main issue with the building is that it is too wide. It should be both narrower and taller.

I think we have to face it: Montreal is not the business hub it once was. We are no longer a top tier business city.

I think the days of 40+ storey single use office towers in Montreal are over.

Those buildings look extremely drab... I like the density, but I'm not so sure about the architecture.
