Timeframe is long, hopefully they can speed things up a bit.

I wonder if 1,600' is approximate or it got a height bump.

If things keep going this way, we'll only be missing one... but I'm not sure that one (the 175 PA) has great odds. Still, it's really great to see progress.

That frame really showcases how MASSIVE this building is going to appear from the East in Queens and the West in New Jersey.

250 feet taller to the roof than the Twin Towers for Midtown is really crazy.

I agree, Lion.

I am very excited about this extraordinary icon. Praise the Lord (Foster, that is)!

This one tapers up the north and south sides similar to 270 Park's do, right? It appears that way from the renderings.

Looks like it tapers in about 20' bottom to top.

So graceful.

I wonder if this is a mirage. I don't see any reason why they will taper it so small.

It says 23' something... It's right there on the elevation drawing. A 50 foot pinch from the south to north isn't insignificant. I should be very noticeable, and like I said, very graceful.

By the way, it's more than likely that the top of this building will get the same lighting treatment as 270 Park Avenue. If 425 Park had a few extra hundred feet, it would be in the conversation too.
