Tower 1 and 2 are the same, so here's a breakdown
-5 parking levels
-3 commercial levels
-1 amenity level
-52 residential levels
-1 mechanical roof level
And a grocery store will occupy the P1 & P2 levels? I'm assuming residents will park their cars on P4 & P5? That will take a very long time for them to get in and out of the basement

Not the entire P1 & P2 levels. Just a (relatively) small part of it. Check out the floor plan diagrams on earlier pages.

So Tower 3 went on sale today... in this amazing weather wonder how big the lines up were? I know marketing said Tower 1 sold out in one day while I doubt that is true I don't doubt the buildings popularity.

i wondered why people were lining up in the rain. I don't think any building is worth waiting in line overnight. I would line up at Oakridge liquor store for the scotch release

At this rate 4 of the towers are going to be sold out before the first phase is even completed.

I do wish a supermart would open up in Amazing Brentwood development. Just seems easier to get to if coming from the Skytrain. Just seems more convenient and more walkable that way whether one drives or takes public transit. No having to cross Willingdon, or no having to walk all the way to Save On, or to Whole Foods (expensive) or driving to Safeway when one can most likely do all errands in one area/roof (in the Amazing Brentwood/mall) without having to do the run around, park here, park there, waste the time getting from one place to another, etc. If you get my drift.

Also with a supermart there, it'd attract more people/foot traffic to the retail portion. Supermart and cinemas will. Certainly works for Metrotown and other bigger malls overseas I've been to. Then perhaps, the mall will look more 'lively' than it does now too.

Then for retail, I wish Muji, Uniqlo, Promod, Mango, Lacoste, etc would open in Brentwood, if not Vancouver. Make the place more global, cosmopolitan, and updated. I would love an Eataly and a Daiso store in Brentwood too. Pfft... my wishful thinking... Lol.

Just sayin'.

I hope that expands. Doubt it ever will to Richmond but at the very least Surrey. It is such a pet peeve of mine being a non-superstitious type who thinks it's all ridiculous nonsense.

Still excited to see this start to really rise. I've driven HWY1 a few times recently to North Vancouver and each time I come around the corner and see Brentwood I'm a little sad to not see these towers in full prominence.

If Asians are so scared of the number 4 (there is a little bit of this in Japan, but nowhere near the Chinese extreme, for example, I have yet to find a Japanese building missing the 4th floor) then why don`t they just change the pronounciation of 4 so it doesn`t sound like death, and skip all the crazy bullshit!

Although I also feel that much of this has also been created from bullshit pandering to a superstitious few from developers in Canada.

Agree. Ideally should have 2 grocery stores. A full size one should be somewhere in the south west corner close to T1 T2 and T3. It should also be in place be the time T3 finishes. Then as the rest of the towers are built in, there should be a medium size one somewhere in the north side of this mega project. Wonder if Shape reads our forum???

It's close to grade (on the Willingdon frontage) which is consistent with the streetfront entrance shown on the plans.

In the older plans, that space was much bigger (2 levels) and would have been Target.
Now, it's smaller, with odd access from Willingdon and from the parking garage.

Could be a supermarket.
