Yeah, Vancouver House has definetely been underrated so far. I think if true to the renders it will be an amazing tower. I actually like it more than the taller Telus Sky in Calgary (although given how height is everything on this forum few will think so).

That being said, MNP is a tower that has nailed "sleek and shiny" perfectly. Again, despite its shorter stature (although still decent in height IMO) it is better than nearly every other office tower being built in Canada (again, the tall fanboys will never admit so).

Walking by today, I started pondering if this building would look better or worse with an antenna on its peak? What do you guys think? Even One Wall Centre has an antenna, although you barely notice it.

I think they're just lightpipes - architectural features.

They were installed by TIR Systems - a UBC spinoff which was eventually bought out by Phillips.
