Have they started with fitting out the interiors of the suites? I wonder when they will begin with tower 3, the orange fencing has been up for awhile.

Last July when they were starting on Phase 2 they said it was about a year away.

This tower would have turned out so nice with cladding similar to that used on One Pacific.

They have not yet installed any balcony glass, so the look will still slightly change and some paint will be added.
