Yep, I will never go back to gas or anything else really. I've only had 1 issue covered by warranty, a mobile tech coming to my place to fix it too.

Funny I went by the Tesla dealer on West 4th last week and there was one window broken and boarded up. Went by this weekend and there was another boarded up! Someone with a grudge against Elon Musk? It's not like their cars have catalytic converters, so there's no palladium to steal.

Haha, I am absolutely loving my precious gas guzzler!! I am getting 12.5 litres per 100km on my X3M Competition which is way better than I was expecting. And with the kilometres I am putting in, the price of gas literally means nothing.

The Petrocan at Broadway and McDonald, Shell at Broadway and Arbutus and the Esso at Broadway and Burrard all had regular gas at 151.9/L today.

Further east, the Petrocan at Broadway and Clark had it at 145.9/L.

Alberta has an electricity market, and it jumps around if not minute by minute, in 5 minute increments.

And until the TMX twinning is done, and the new jet fuel receiving dock and pipeline, free up space in TMX original for extra refined product, every additional litre in Vancouver needs to come across the border in a truck (for very fast delivery) or have been ordered weeks ago for delivery by barge or shuttle tanker.

Increased demand as restrictions begin to lift and people are starting to travel, but production remains low. I can kinda understand this.
Modern gas blends don't keep well. It starts to go skunky after about a month so they can't ramp up production and just store a lot of gas because if the infection rate takes off and things shutdown again prices will tank again as they try to sell off as much gas as they can before it goes bad.

Wouldn't that break the commerce clause? It was put in the constitution to stop internal trade barriers, which was a central problem to the previous constitution, the articles of confederation.

Not certain where but I ready an article a few days ago that talked about changes in Washington State and Oregon on how gas is blended to meet new environmental rules causes a supply problem. BC and those two states get most of their fuel from the same set of refineries. Much of it supplied through trans mountain.

Just watched the gas station across the street change the price to 185.9. We will easily surpass the 2.00 mark.
