Looks like they have done some site prep for the Edgewood residential project. Also a view of "The Mix' in the distance.

I am ready for that condo development as well as that office proposal further along Edgewood to break ground. Time for this area to fill in!

This seems to be a well done project. Who is the developer?

The Hampton Inn may be in the photo, but the STAR of this picture is the Midtown Skyline. Nice time of day for the photo too.

Eviva lives again!?

I noticed this morning that the old website which wasn't renewed and had a generic GoDaddy parking page about a year or two ago is now back:

http://www.eviva-peachtree.com

The site is back with an updated timeline and an announcement about a retail grocery and a hotel segment and a possible second tower. WTF?

I want to believe so badly. I really do ...

So what do you guys think about the SPX Alley townhome development? Did it hit or miss the mark? I personally love the material they used on the Beltline facing side, but the other side is mediocre.

SPX Alley is an A+ project. Riding through there on the Beltline is one of the highlights for me. With the Edge coming online soon, this half mile will be one of the higher foot trafficked areas, especially for food and drink options. We need to see more of this in the NE section of the Beltline when (if) they redevelop Ansley Mall.

Agreed. The area is growing into one of the best in the city for a walkable neghborhood with tremendous options in the area. Really hoping we see more infill back towards Downtown, though, as it is a lonely walk between O4W/Inman Park and our Downtown.

I will say I wouldn't want to shell out $1.3mil for a townhome with all that noise directly below it, however I believe many would be interested in a condo or townhome on the streets directly and a handful of blocks adjacent.

I think they look great but I haven't really noticed the other side of the project.
