well yeah those are projects in the Lower East Side. As ugly as they are, New York Still runs arguably the most successful low income housing system in the U.S., (however they're now running out of money).

As for 1WTC how many more floors are there until the diagonal columns cross over the vertical columns? Every week I think it will be the next floor, and yet they still haven't met yet.

it's Stuyvesant Town-Peter Cooper Village and it isn't half bad actually. I just walked through that area during the fall. I actually like the Lower East Side. The progress at 1WTC is amazing isn't it?

If I'm not mistaken, I believe 50 was where it was supposed to be, at the end of this year. If so they're a month ahead of schedule, and I'm impressed.
