I think the smaller towers would fit but one larger tower wouldn't be out of place. If you look at the 400 corridor from Glenridge to Abernathy the following towers are already built:
Concourse V - 34 floors 570ft.
Concourse VI - 34 floors 550 ft.
Park Towers II - 33 floors 415 ft.
Park Towers I - 24 floors 300 ft.
Glenridge Highlands Two - 20 floors 250 ft.
Westin - 20 floors 250 ft.
Northpark 600 - 20 floors - 250 ft.
Northpark 500 - 20 floors - 250 ft.
Northpark 400 - 20 floors - 250 ft
Two Glenlake - 15 floors - 190 ft.
One Glenlake - 15 floors - 190 ft.
Add to this a potential Northpark 100 which is proposed at 50 stories -

This doesn't even include Ravinia and the development along Ashford Dunwoody and closer to Perimeter Center, including the under construction (and almost completed) Cox tower and new State Farm campus.
A 30 story tower added to this mix would fit in. It would add a little to the west of 400 which may help to balance everything already built and planned on the east side.
That said, two 15 story towers would fit in as well. It may make more sense to them financially. I don't know what the cost difference would be in building two 15 story buildings v. 1 30 story building. One (more expensive) foundation v. 2 foundations, etc...
As far as traffic goes (the big concern for this area as it continues to grow) it really wouldn't matter assuming both plans include the same amount of office sq. ft.
