Great updates as always harryc. I imagined the insets to quite a bit deeper from the renderings, but the pictures show a different story.

^This has been said a thousand times but NOT TALL ENOUGH. Related really botched this development. Adding a set back and then ten more floors with epic views is totally conceivable given the rebounding market. And not even having to dig the foundation. Dumb. Cheap. Suck.

Great timing with that shot on the 23rd with the bird in the corner, harry. Usually it's a whole different type of bird that you capture in your shots, but I appreciate the consistency in theme.
